1. Common YNJX120/06 Planetary Clamping Bucking Unit

The YNJX120/06 bucking machine,a high-performance hydraulic bucking machine and bucking unit for oilfield tubing, adopts a planetary gear rotation mechanism with four-point simultaneous clamping. It provides strong, reliable, and non-slip clamping force with smooth transmission. Equipped with high and low gear shifting, the torque can be adjusted freely, ensuring both safety and flexibility.

Operation system: Supports manual operation, automatic button control, and microcomputer automatic control — selectable according to user preferences.

The machine head is designed to clamp the coupling and is driven by a hydraulic motor to rotate, enabling the make-up and break-out of threaded connections for oilfield tubing. It allows for two different speeds and torque levels during operation.

2. YNJX120/06 Plunger (Sucker Rod Pump) Bucking Unit

The hydraulic dual-friction backup tong bucking machine for sucker rod pump plungers consists of three main components: the main unit, the hydraulic power source, and the control console.

1. Main Unit: Composed of a platform body, guide rails, power tong assembly, friction backup tong assembly, and support bracket.

2. Support Bracket: Capable of moving longitudinally along the guide rails, it is used to hold and position the sucker rod pump plunger into the backup tong and main tong.

3. Friction Backup Tong Assembly: Consists of a roller trolley, body clamping cylinder assembly, movable die holder and dies. The hydraulic cylinder drives the lever mechanism to clamp the dies tightly against the sucker rod pump plunger. Made of ductile cast iron, the dies are customized to match different plunger outer diameters. The curved die surface ensures full contact with the plunger to achieve stable friction clamping.

4. Power Tong:Assembly: It adopts planetary gear transmission. The internal gear ring drives four planetary gears and planetary jaws fitted with arc-shaped tooth plates. During operation, the jaws extend outward to grip the plunger at four points around the valve cover for make-up and break-out rotation.The power tong is equipped with a two-speed transmission: high speed for makeup, low speed for breakout, and high speed for final loosening. Driven by a hydraulic motor supplied with hydraulic oil from the power unit, it drives the dual gear set, intermediate gear and large gear to deliver steady rotary power.

The YNJX120 sucker rod bucking unit consists of three main components: the main unit, the hydraulic power station, and the control console. Its advantage lies in the dual power tong structure, which allows assembly and disassembly operations to be completed without changing the orientation of the sucker rod or the workpiece, resulting in a significant improvement in efficiency.

1. Main Unit: Composed of a platform body, guide rails, 2 power tong assemblies, friction backup tong assembly, and support bracket.

2. Support Bracket: Capable of moving longitudinally along the guide rails, it is used to hold and position the sucker rod into the backup tong and power tong.

3. Friction Backup Tong Assembly: It consists of a roller trolley, clamping cylinder assembly, movable die holder and dies.
