1. Overview
The GSY42 Four-Station Hydrostatic Tester conducts hydrostatic pressure tests on steel pipes to identify defects. Using radial large-gap sealing at both pipe ends, the machine injects high-pressure water and maintains pressure for a set duration to inspect for leaks, with test results stored in a database for full traceability.
The automated cycle begins with pipe feeding, alignment, and swirling water flushing, followed by transfer to the test station.
