The YNJG340 Automatic Pre-tightening Unit is a comprehensive coupling make-up system specially developed for oilfield tubing and casing operations. It integrates multiple modules including coupling thread compound application and discharge runway, coupling greasing machine, pre-makeup main unit, bucking machine, step conveyor, full-length drift mandrel testing unit, hydraulic power system, and integrated control system.
It is capable of making up API standard thread types as well as shouldered and shoulderless premium connections. Applicable pipe sizes range from 4-1/2" to 10-3/4", supporting steel grades H40, J55, K55, N80, L80, C90, T95, P110, and Q125. The system delivers maximum torque of 500 N·m.

The system displays torque/turns curve, automatically records turns and torque values, detects and analyzes inflection torque of premium connections, and determines pass/fail results automatically based on the J-value. The pipe-coupling make-up curve is generated and saved.
