The YNJQ1000 fully rotational bucking unit, also called torque machine, bucking machine, or hydraulic makeup and breakout unit, is designed for large-diameter oilfield casing, tubing, downhole tools, completion tools, drill tools, and wellhead equipment. It delivers a maximum torque of 120 kN.m (88,507 ft.lb). Its stationary tong (power tong) uses 6 synchronized hydraulic cylinders for clamping, and the rotating tong (backup tong) uses an internal expansion mechanism for 360° full rotation clamping, featuring PLC control and optional non-marking dies.
