The YNJQ240 Fully Rotational Bucking Unit is a professional hydraulic bucking machine designed for precision make-up, break-out, and connection integrity verification of high-torque threaded connections in oilfield tubing, casing, downhole tools, drill tools, completion tools, and wellhead equipment. It supports pipe O.D. 60–230mm (2‑3/8" to 9") and delivers a maximum torque of 50-70 kN·m (36,878-51,629 ft·lb) at 20MPa. Equipped with Siemens S7‑1200 PLC and 15" industrial computer, it ensures accurate torque and turns monitoring, automatic operation, and stable performance. The power tong and backup tong each use three synchronized hydraulic cylinders for clamping, featuring 360° full rotation and API-compliant die marking. Optional non-marking dies are available for chrome and premium threads.

The YNJQ240/50 fully rotational bucking machine is a high-performance hydraulic bucking machine adopts a three-cylinder synchronized clamping system. The power tong utilizes three synchronized hydraulic cylinders for clamping and continuous rotation to grip the coupling, while the backup tong uses three synchronized cylinders to securely clamp the pipe body without rotation. Each cylinder drives an individual jaw, and the jaws are equipped with arc-shaped strip-type dies.
The backup tong allows slight floating to meet automatic centering requirements. The clamping force is controlled by the hydraulic system and is correlated with the applied rotational torque.
This bucking unit features a wide clamping range, high overall strength, reliable gripping without slippage or damage to the pipe body, and a high level of automation. The system supports automatic speed adjustment—high speed for make-up and low speed for torqueing—and complies with API standards.
