The YNJX250 Planetary Clamping Bucking Unit is a professional hydraulic bucking machine designed for precision make-up and break-out of oilfield tubing, casing, and downhole tools. The YNJX250/68 bucking machine is primarily used in oilfields for make-up and break-out operations of downhole tools, threaded connections, casing, drill pipes, tubing, and other threaded components during manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance. It features high torque and smooth transmission.


YNJX-250/68 High-Torque Hydraulic Bucking Machine

The YNJX-250/68 hydraulic bucking machine features a split-structure design, specifically developed for assembling and disassembling various downhole tools in oilfields, such as different types of packers and jar tools. The design allows operators to conveniently operate the equipment on the machine bed platform. The hydraulic power unit is separated from the main body, making it easier to clean the oil tank, reduce noise, and improve oil cooling efficiency. The cooling system adopts an air-cooled cooler.


Power Tong Assembly
1) The power tong is used to grip and rotate the coupling for make-up and break-out operations. It is driven by a hydraulic motor through a speed-changing mechanism and gear transmission, which rotates the internal ring gear. This in turn drives the planetary gears, which activate the planetary clamping arms. The three planetary arms clamp the pipe simultaneously, ensuring strong, reliable grip without slippage.
2) The clamping range is wide (Ø60 mm to Ø230 mm) and does not require jaw/dies replacement within this range.
3) Given the high torque output of this model, reinforced gears are used in the design and manufacturing to enhance strength and ensure long-term reliability.
4) The power tong features a band-type brake system, known for its long service life, easy maintenance, low consumption, and cost-efficiency.


Backup Tong Assembly
1) The backup tong grips the pipe body during make-up and break-out operations to prevent rotation. It uses a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder-driven clamping mechanism, providing secure and reliable grip.
2) The backup tong is mounted on a trolley that moves along the machine bed via chain drive for easy adjustment.
3) Equipped with a floating clamping structure and a tension sensor for torque measurement, the sensor transmits data to an industrial computer, which displays real-time torque readings during operations.
4) The system uses a PLC + IPC (Industrial PC) control system for automated operation. It can display real-time torque, historical curves, data logs, and parameter settings. It also supports printing and saving of daily/monthly reports and torque curve graphs.
