The YGJ120 Oil Tubing and Casing Straightening Machine is a professional steel pipe straightening equipment specially developed to repair bent oil tubing, casing and round bars in oilfield industries. It is applicable to pipes with outer diameter of Φ60–114mm, featured with 7-roll inclined quick-open structure in 2-1-2-1-1 layout.
The front five rollers complete rough straightening work, while the rear three staggered rollers finish fine straightening. Supported by frequency conversion speed control system, it runs at 5-20m/min and reaches straightening accuracy within ≤1.5mm/m. Adopting hyperbolic roller structure, it increases pipe contact area, lowers residual stress, protects pipe surface and removes attachments as well as oxide skin efficiently. It is widely applied in oilfield pipe maintenance, steel pipe production and metal processing fields, and customized services are available.

I. YGJ120 Oil Tubing and Casing Straightening Machine Structures and Features
1. Overview
The straightening machine is a special equipment to repair bend pipes, the model YGJ140 is used for 60-132mm pipes & bars.
The straightening machine YGJ120 adopts a 2-1-2-1-1 seven slanted rollers straightening. 2 bottom driving rollers and 3 upper driving rollers are used for rough straightening. 1 bottom driven roller and 1 upper driven roller are used for fine straightening. The reducing motor (stepless frequency conversion adjusted) drives the main power. The hyperbolic rollers can enlarge the contacting surface on the pipes.
The straightening pressure can be regulated according to the pipe diameter & wall thickness. In straightening, the 2 pairs of rollers keep the fixed pressure to increase the friction force & reliability and reduce the slipping.
The YGJ120 straightening machine has features of big straightening capacity, high efficiency, good quality, low residual stress, high linearity, smooth surface, extend the pipe service life effectively, also can shed adhesion layer & oxide skin inner or outer the pipe.
