The YGJ168 Oil Tubing and Casing Straightening Machine is a professional steel pipe straightening equipment specially developed to repair bent oil tubing, casing and round bars in oilfield industries. It is applicable to pipes with outer diameter of Φ73–168mm, featured with 7-roll inclined quick-open structure in 2-2-1-1-1 layout.
The front five rollers complete rough straightening work, while the rear three staggered rollers finish fine straightening. Supported by frequency conversion speed control system, it runs at 5-20m/min and reaches straightening accuracy within ≤1.5mm/m. Adopting hyperbolic roller structure, it increases pipe contact area, lowers residual stress, protects pipe surface and removes attachments as well as oxide skin efficiently. It is widely applied in oilfield pipe maintenance, steel pipe production and metal processing fields, and customized services are available.
